2) wet kitchen (~70 sf)- table top, cabinet, plaster ceiling, additional electrical plugs, exhaust fan, cooker hob sink, partition between wet and dry kitchen
3) dry kitchen (~130 sf) - cabinet+L shape island, plaster ceiling, additional electrical plugs, electrical appliances
4) dinning area (~200 sf) - table +chairs set, plaster ceiling, additional electrical plugs, fan, etcs
5) living area (~260 sf) - sofa set, plaster ceiling, additional electrical plugs, air-cond, fan, etcs
6) entrance area (~60 sf) - plaster ceiling, cabinet
7) guest room#1 (~160 sf) - bedroom set, additional electrical plugs, air-cond, fan.
8) master room (~300 sf)- bed frame+mattress, walk in wardrobe, timber/laminated flooring, air cond, plaster ceiling, air-cond, fan, etcs
9) general area- window and door grill, motor for the auto gate, lighting, water filter and etcs
10) guest room#2, 3 and family hall will be remain.
